  • A detailed day-one cost schedule, including land price, SDLT, and asset type

  • A link to your planning permission (full or outline)

  • A breakdown of incurred costs, to properly calculate gross profit margin

  • Build & sell projects with up to 10 units completed within 18 months

  • Projects targeting at least 23% gross profit on GDV (before finance)

  • Funding requirements from £1 million to £6 million
